Short fragments of a tube of concretionary limonite with a D-shaped cross section. Morphology of the inner tube walls appears stalactitic. This sample is included in the Catalogue of the Collection of Minerals in the College of S. C. and can be found on page 115. It was a part of the college's original acquisition from Thomas Cooper in 1821. |
