    This piece was excellently hand-quilted in a grid and scallop pattern by an unknown quiltmaker, probably between 1880 and 1900. This pattern may be a variation on the "Lady of the Lakes".     This hand-quilted quilt was created by an unknown quiltmaker, probably around the last decade of the 19th century. This pattern is called a "Capital T" pattern.
