Object Name |
Serpulorbis granifera |
Object Description |
Two broken sections of worm snail shell. The straight section is circular in cross section with an aperture approximately one centimeter in diameter. The exterior of shell is rugose or granulated. The coiled section is irregularly coiled with the same granulation to the exterior. The shell diameter is six millimeters at the largest opening. This section is certainly a section of older whorls, though it is most likely a different individual from the straight section. |
