Object Description |
One turbinate, marine snail shell. The shell is gray in color. The aperture shows an interior folded lip with faint brown to pink coloring. The anterior lip has numerous interior denticles. The shell has approximately four whorls; though the specimen has been coated in an accumulation of an undetermined substance. The ornamentation consists of worn nodules and small specs of black. The shell is dextral. The aperture is "teardrop" shaped with a slight siphonal notch present. |
