Object Description |
Nine turbinate, marine snail shells. The shells are grayish-white in color and have five whorls. The shells are predominately smooth and the coloration varies throughout each shell. There are subtle sutures between the whorls. The shells are dextral, with "oval" shaped apertures. There was a slip of paper that came with the specimens that read, "Cerithiopsis Greeni [2 illegible words] / Kurtz S.C." |
