Object Description |
Eight turbinate, marine snail shells. The ornamentation on the exterior is smooth and the interior displays lirae inside the outer lip. The shells are tan in color with multiple narrow, dark brown transverse lines along each of the six whorls. The whorls are separated by fine sutures and the body whorl is inflated. The shells are dextral, with oval-shaped apertures and a siphonal notch. |
