Object Description |
Isolated marine snail shell. Externally the shell is cylindrical and smooth with faint growth lines and a channeled suture on a low spire. The aperture is long and the inner lip is ridged and there is a deep notch at the base. This specimen is abraded and filled with gray sedimentary matrix. |
