Object Description |
Eight turbinate, marine snail shells. The shells are whitish-gray in color with five convex whorls on each shell. The shell has distinct ornamentation consisting of axial costae and spiral striae resulting in raised nodules where the two ornamentations meet. The siphonal canal is short and open with a flat anterior edge. The shells are dextral, with "teardrop" shaped apertures. |
