Object Description |
Three turbinate, marine snail shells. The shells are tan in color with darker areas. There are seven whorls with varying suture depth. The largest shell has very deep sutures while the smaller shells have very shallow sutures. The shells are ornamented with very shallow striae that are close together and create lines of lighter colors. The shells are dextral with elliptical shaped apertures and thin lips. |
