Object Description |
One turbinate, marine snail shell. The exterior of the shell is tan in color with brown color bands and is covered with ribs. The interior of the shell is an ivory color. The shell has seven whorls, deep, well-defined sutures and an oval shaped aperture. The aperture has thick lips that are reflected onto the base of the shell. The dextral shell has a pointed apex. |
