There are seven lead conical-shaped bullets to be used with a muzzleloading gun. The bullets are mostly grey but appear to have developed a white, powdery patina. One bullet has a line going all the way around it at the base. The others appear to have had a similar line at some point, but they can barely be seen any longer. Two bullets appear to have had pieces cut off at their bases.

These are two flat wooden lids that fit onto compartments in the top left and bottom right of a wooden gunbox (5.1987). The lids have 4 sides each: 3 adjacent straight sides and one long curved side. Around the center of the lids is a small brass knob with a threaded bottom screwed into the lids.

Gunflint
These are 16 shaped flints which are made to be placed in the jaws of the firing mechanism of a flintlock gun. The flints have been shaped into small, thin rectangles, each side of which has been knapped to have a sharp edge. 13 of the flints are English Flints and are a dark grey color. 2 of the flints are French Amber Flints and are a much lighter grey. One flint is unworked and resembles a piece of quartz rock.

This is a clear glass jar with a cork. The jar has a 12-sided body and a flared lip. The jar's specific purpose is unknown, but the inside is coated with a dark brown residue, and the cork is heavily soiled with a thick, dark brown substance. The jar contains no labeling or embossing of any kind.

Key - 1920 circa
This is an antique skeleton key made to be used with a gunbox (5.1987). The bow of the key is oval-shaped and within it there are inward dips at the top and bottom. The key is smooth from shaft to post. The key's bit is fairly thin and only contains a single key ward at the front that is slightly off-center. The key has a makeshift lanyard that is just a long, fairly thin cotton ribbon that has been passed through the bow and tied off on the end.

Within the cylinder it is closed off with a plate about 2/3 of the way through to measure 2 different sized grains of powder. This is a cylindrical wooden rod topped with a brass cap that has a threaded screw protruding from it. The butt of the wooden handle is rounded. The screw-like mechanism has two threaded areas: the top has a wider threading and a pointed tip, and the base closest to the brass cap has a thinner threading for screwing ramrod tips and cleaning jags onto it.
